Our menu features 22 unique gourmet burgers. We insist on high-quality ingredients such as Tillamook cheeses, thick-cut peppered bacon, and premium desserts. Any of our burgers can be made with fresh chicken breast, our homemade turkey burger, or a Santa Fe vegetarian patty. While fresh cut french fries come with each burger, we offer great upgrade choices such as onion rings, sweet potato fries, fry and onion ring combo, fry and sweet potato combo, house salad, and our own outlaw 3 bean chili. Don't forget to top off your experience with one of our 11 draft beers or 7 northwest wines.
- Our hamburgers are made with premium, fresh - never frozen, 100% ground chuck. The patties are pasteurized, ensuring the highest safety standards.
- We searched and searched for the best tasting, highest quality buns we could find. A bun that wouldn't fall apart when confronted with lots of juicy sauces and wasn't loaded with preservatives like most of our competitors. We found a small bakery in Seattle, the Coeur d' Alene French Baking Company, that makes our custom buns and delivers them fresh daily.
- We wanted to offer a fresh-cut French fry but did not like the greasy, limp fries that you usually get with a fresh cut fry. We found a European cooking process that cooks the fries first with a unique steam process and then quickly fries them in 0 transfat oil. This process avoids the double frying usually found with fresh cut fries and results in a crisper, better tasting, fresh French fry.
- At most Fast Casual concepts you order in the lobby and your food is prepared immediately or served to your table. At the Blazing Onion, we take it to the next level. After serving your food, we offer table service. Not by an assigned server, but instead the entire restaurant team is assigned to you. On each table is a 'Service Alert' stop sign. When you place it on your condiment holder, you alert all of us that you need something. Whether its napkins, more sauce, a beer refill, or dessert, we will take care of you.
- Tips at the Blazing Onion are shared by the entire team. Everyone benefits when you have a great experience. You can place cash tips in the tip boxes located at both exits. When paying by credit card you can pre-tip or wait until after your Blazing Onion experience is complete by writing your tip on your receipt and handing it to the cashier on your way out.
