House of Bread is a bakery and deli. Fresh bread is baked early each morning Monday through Saturday. Fresh deli sandwiches (using fresh-baked bread) are made when ordered.
All bread is hand made and baked from scratch from natural ingredients. Wheat flour is stone milled on-site from wheat. Bread samples are offered at all times. Aromas are free inside and outside the bakery, and deep breathing is recommended.
Most of the bread is sweetened with honey, rather than the
high-fructose corn syrup so common in mass-produced breads. Honey is also the only preservative that is used in the bread, being the only known food that doesn't spoil. The result is delicious and healthy.
If you only allow yourself a little bit of bread, make it the best tasting and healthiest you can find.
